Save the Children is the largest independent children’s charity in the world. We support vulnerable children in 120 countries, regardless of religious, political and ethnic affiliations.
If, like Save the Children, you believe that every child has the right to grow up to fulfil their potential, regardless of where in the world they live, we hope you will be inspired to leave a gift in your will for future children in need. By leaving a gift in in your will to Save the Children you will help to create lasting change well beyond your lifetime.
As a donor you are offered membership of the Eglantyne Jebb Society (Save the Children Founder).

SPCA New Zealand – CC# 22705
SPCA New Zealand helps protect animals who are sick, injured, lost, abused or simply abandoned. Every year, our 45 SPCA Centres across the country receive 60,000 animals through their doors and 14,000 animal welfare complaints.
SPCA is a charity that relies almost entirely on the generosity of New Zealanders to carry out our life-saving work, as we receive only a small amount of government funding. The majority of our income comes from public donations, bequests and our own fundraising initiatives.
UNICEF New Zealand – CC# 35979
UNICEF has been the world’s leading children’s organisation for over 70 years. In a dangerous world, we ensure more children are vaccinated, educated, fed and protected than anyone else.
We work relentlessly in over 190 countries, so that children survive, thrive and reach their full potential. And until every child is safe, we will never give up.
When you leave a gift in your Will to UNICEF, you’ll be making the world a safer place for children. You will help give children clean water and nutritious food, protect them from deadly diseases, save children in emergencies and send them to school. You will help ensure that every child can have a safer, brighter future.
And no matter the size of your gift, you can trust that in our hands it will save and change the lives of as many vulnerable children as possible.
Please leave a gift in your will today and help change the world for children.
University of Canterbury Foundation – CC# 27669
Our donors play a vital role in making the University of Canterbury the respected world-class institution it is today, and thanks to the continued generosity from our supporters, the UC Foundation (the charitable trust that sources donations to support the university) is able to fund the endowments, scholarships, research, building improvements and essential equipment to continue this success.
Leaving a gift in your Will is just one of the many ways you can support the University of Canterbury. Your legacy to the UC Foundation invests in the future of tomorrow’s students, and every donation will have a positive impact for generations to come.
Lifeline is New Zealand’s largest crisis helpline. We receive over 10,000 calls every month from people who are struggling with a wide range of issues including mental health, relationship issues, employment concerns, abuse and loneliness. We help an average of 6 people a day who are at high risk of suicide.
Our free, 24/7 helplines include 0800 LIFELINE, Suicide Crisis Helpline and 0800 KIDSLINE are answered by trained volunteers and experienced counsellors from our call centres in Auckland and Christchurch. With no government funding, we rely on public support to be able to answer the phones.
Osteoporosis New Zealand – CC# 43137
Osteoporosis New Zealand (ONZ) exists to enable our older people to remain independent and live at home for longer by ensuring they have stronger, better bones, sustain fewer fragility fractures and enjoy improved quality of life. Fractures caused by osteoporosis can be life-threatening and a major cause of pain and long-term disability.
ONZ believes that all New Zealanders at high risk of suffering a hip fracture should receive pre-emptive intervention to reduce the incidence of hip fracture. Your bequest will help to raise awareness of bone health, improve the care and outcomes for people who are at risk of (or are living with) osteoporosis, prevent debilitating fractures and, ultimately, save lives.
