Save the Children New Zealand – CC# 25367

If you believe that every child has the right to grow up to fulfil their potential, regardless of where in the world they live, we hope you will be inspired to leave a gift in your will for future children in need. As a confirmed bequest donor you will be offered membership of the Eglantyne Jebb Society, named after the founder of Save the Children.
Lifeline Foundation Charitable Trust – CC# 53914
Lifeline is New Zealand’s largest crisis helpline. We receive over 10,000 calls every month from people who are struggling with a wide range of issues including mental health, relationship issues, employment concerns, abuse and loneliness. We help an average of 6 people a day who are at high risk of suicide.
Our free, 24/7 helplines include 0800 LIFELINE, Suicide Crisis Helpline and 0800 KIDSLINE are answered by trained volunteers and experienced counsellors from our call centres in Auckland and Christchurch. With no government funding, we rely on public support to be able to answer the phones.
Osteoporosis New Zealand – CC# 43137
Osteoporosis New Zealand (ONZ) exists to enable our older people to remain independent and live at home for longer by ensuring they have stronger, better bones, sustain fewer fragility fractures and enjoy improved quality of life. Fractures caused by osteoporosis can be life-threatening and a major cause of pain and long-term disability.
ONZ believes that all New Zealanders at high risk of suffering a hip fracture should receive pre-emptive intervention to reduce the incidence of hip fracture. Your bequest will help to raise awareness of bone health, improve the care and outcomes for people who are at risk of (or are living with) osteoporosis, prevent debilitating fractures and, ultimately, save lives.
SPCA New Zealand – CC# 22705
SPCA New Zealand helps protect animals who are sick, injured, lost, abused or simply abandoned. Every year, our 45 SPCA Centres across the country receive 60,000 animals through their doors and 14,000 animal welfare complaints.
SPCA is a charity that relies almost entirely on the generosity of New Zealanders to carry out our life-saving work, as we receive only a small amount of government funding. The majority of our income comes from public donations, bequests and our own fundraising initiatives.
Amnesty International – CC# 35331
Amnesty International is a global movement for human rights. We protect human dignity and call out injustice wherever it happens.
Our work is funded by people like you. We don’t take government money and are independent of any economic interest or religion, so we are free to investigate and expose abuses, no matter who commits them. Leaving a gift to Amnesty International in your will is a chance to ensure your values live on. Thank you for helping create a world where our most basic human rights are enjoyed by all.
WriteMark Plain English Awards Trust – CC# 42158

These Awards aim to:
• improve government and business documents so that all New Zealanders can understand them
• raise public awareness of the need for, and benefits of, plain English
• create a public preference for organisations that choose to communicate in plain English.
